Crockpot Recipe - VERY BEST BEEF BARBECUE

Ingredients:
3 lbs. beef cubes
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 T. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground allspice

Directions:
Put meat, bouillon & onions in crock pot on high for 4 1/2-5 hrs. Shred beef. Drain all but 2 cups liquid.
Put beef mixture & remaining ingredients back into crock pot. Stir well. Cook on high for 45 min. Serve on bulky rolls.

General Food Recipe Tip:

Due to the nature of a slow cooker, there is no need to stir the food unless it specifically says to in your recipe. In fact, taking the lid off to stir food causes the slow cooker to lose a significant amount of heat, extending the cooking time required. Therefore, it is best not to remove the lid for stirring.
