Crockpot Recipe - COUNTRY RIBS N KRAUT




Ingredients:
3 lbs country style ribs
1 large can sauerkraut
1 1/2 lbs red salad potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste (after cooking)

Directions:
Add ribs to bottom of crock pot. Wash potatoes and then lay on top of ribs. Add kraut and simmer on low crock pot setting for 7-9 hours. Check them at about 7 hours and see if they need a 'boost of heat'. Taste to see if you need salt and pepper. Ribs should fall off the bone! My family likes to mix it all together and add a little BBQ sauce on top.

General Food Recipe Tip:

If possible use the same measuring cup to pour oil and any sticky liquid. Measure the oil first then the sticky substance and the sticky substance won't stay stuck to the measuring cup.
